I had a great stay at the hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the facilities were top-notch. The lobby was stunning, both during the day and at night. The hotel also had a fantastic restaurant, which I highly recommend trying. The staff provided excellent service, from the concierge who helped with luggage to the efficient room service.

Entering this luxurious hotel, I was warmly welcomed by the attentive staff. the elegant room's exclusive amenities, such as the steam room and in-room breakfast service, fulfilled my every need. the outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were a serene and relaxing experience, offering a great escape from the bustling location. the restaurant served delicious meals with a vast selection of special diet menus. The location advantages were very much appreciated, as this hotel is situated close to many activities. Cons: the only minor issue I encountered during my stay here was the slow service at check-in. the staff made up for this with their attentiveness and special effort to cater to my requests.

The location of the hotel is perfect, right next to the MTR station, making it convenient to explore the city. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay. The bathrooms are clean and modern, providing all the necessary amenities. The service of the hotel staff is exceptional, as they go above and beyond to assist guests. The breakfast menu offers a wide variety of delicious options. the hotel provides excellent facilities such as a fitness center and a swimming pool.
One downside is the slow reception service, which can be frustrating for guests.

The high-floor room had a nice view with a fountain show visible from the window. Warm wooden floors and free drinks in the fridge, including water, soda, and beer. Friendly staff provided welcoming gifts for the kids and there were enjoyable activities in the lobby for families. Excellent service and a great swimming pool with good food options, including freshly squeezed fruit juices.
